The National Labour Federation in Eretz-Israel (NLF) is a national trade union center in Israel. It was founded in 1934 under the basic teachings of Theodor Herzl, Max Nordau, and Zeev Jabotinsky. As opposed to Histadrut, the NLF believes in the separation of employers and trade unions.
ICTUR reports that, although the NLF disclaims political affiliations, it has been seen as sympathetic to Likud. They are well known because of their original orange and burgundy colors.
